Brian and I independently worked on the 2009 luminosity scale uncertainty, which is important for the inclusive jet and di-jet cross section analysis. From Brian's study, the luminosity scale uncertainty is from 4.5% to 8.5%. My result is from 6.9 to 9.7%. We still need to consider the systematic error determined from the 2009 p+p Vernier Scan.
