To get a general idea about the gain values used before for the ESMD, I checked the gain values related with the ESMD ADC value.

gain = calibrated energy / ADC subtracted pedestal

(1) U pannel of the ESMD gain.

(2) V pannel ESMD gain.

(3) I check the gain distribution for several strips for each ESMD sectors which is related with the previous studies.

(I) The U pannel of the ESMD strip gain distribution.

(II) The V pannel of the ESMD strip gain distribution.
