Qinghua and I found a debug in the StADCMaker.cxx. I should use the class "strip" not "hitstrip" to get the raw ADC distribution. After the modifications, for the following 4 runs,

    And in my plots, the strip is marked from 0 to 287 and the sector is marked from 0 to 11. The data points are using the mean of the raw ADC distribution, and the error bars are using the RMS of the raw ADC distribution.
