FGT trigger rate and dead time with 8 time bins and new triggers

The current pp500_production_2013 trigger config file use the following trigger to include FGT,
 JP0*DiJet
 JP1*DiJet
 EHT0
 EHT1
 EHT0*EHT1*L2Egamma
 MB-base
 ZERO_BIAS
 ZDCMB
 EEMC_dijet
 EHT1*L2EW
 VPDMB
 ZDCMB
