We found the main reason of the rising trend is the dca>1 cut. And checked the efficency corrected real data are flat for phi distribution

 Run18 Isobar 

 MC particle: Pi+
 trigger ID:  600001, 600011, 600021, 600031 (MB selection) 
 Total events: 614.2K
 Event Selection:     |Vz|<35  
 Track Selection:     5% embedded particles per event ; |eta|<1

 Isobar_testRun_embedding_qa
 The mismatching of nHits and dEdx are understood. The only concern is why there is a rising trend of efficiency at high pt part.

 Then we explored what this efficiency issue depends on.
 Isobar_embedding_efficiency
 It shows some dca dependence. And this trend also appear at run18 AuAu 27 GeV.

 We also calculate the efficiency of kaon and proton.
 Isobar_pi_k_p_efficiency
 The rising issue is most obvious for pion.

 Here is a test results of Hijing sample(From Jason)
 Hijing test trun results
 We used previous code(for reading Minimic file) to read this sample. But we are not sure if this code can also work for the Hijing results.

We are able to reproduce Jason's results and found the main reason of the rising trend is the dca>1 cut.
Isobar_Pi+_efficiency_summary

We checked the efficiency of 3-10 GeV/c sample. It turns out the difference between the sample results and previous predictions are small.
