1) PicoDst structure for 2014 data － Rongrong
Changes w.r.t. original tree
- add MTDPidTraits branch for MTD
- separate BTOF and BTowerPIDTraits from track branch to save space
- need 9.5 TB disk space for MTD 2014 picoDST

- switch off BTofHit and V0 branches
- Keep MTDHit branch
- Add MTD trigger info
