NPE in Run14 Au+Au 200 GeV Meeting Minutes by Zhenyu - 2015/11/20

1) Photonic Electronic in Run14 data - Shenghui
correct a bug in Like-sign background yield, it was scaled by 0.5 before. Difference between 2 and 3, pT>0.2 for Slide 2, pT>0.8 for Slide 3. 

slide 3: there is a vertical structure in conversion radius 2D plot at x~0 y<0. Is there due to conversion from wires attached to beam pipe? Bingchu said Run11 shows such a structure :

apply pt-dependent invmass cut to select photonic electron pair

find out where electrons with large DCA come from;
separate B and D signals; add Bs, 
will use dca12 to find closest pairs and find the first set of selection cuts to see if we can achieve reasonable S/B.

4) Kunsu will stay at LBNL for the next year. He will focus on gamma tomography in the next few weeks.
