Motivation:

For Centrality selection in d+Au Run3.

Method:

Study FTPC East (Au-going) refMult and ZDC East ADC distribution.

From C. Jena's study, www.star.bnl.gov/protected/lfspectra/cjena/run8_dAu200GeV/dAu_centrality/documentation/centrality_run8_dAu200GeV.html, there are three run periods. They will be studied separately.

Result:

FTPC East refMult vs ZDC East ADC

Projections:

The red curve is the Run3 data. These three black/blue ones are Run8 three period runs.

The three Run8 FTPC East refMult are different. But their ZDC have same distribution.

Both FTPC and ZDC, Run8 is different from Run3.
