Worked through the scripts that Alice had set up and attemped to get them running on my computer. I found that I was having issues with a few of the programs not looking in the right folders. After that was discovered, the one in doSmdGains.C was the one that was really tripping me up, it ran just fine. I submited the jobs out, I did 10 runs, and they came back with histograms. Then ran bigSectloop.sh and it when through them all and created composite historgrams. Then it fit the slopes and gave me pdf and dat files.

Alice was able to make the code less file dependant so it was easier to set up. She also set up some script that will set everything up for you so you dont have to worry about putting something in the wrong spot. I have not had the chance to check this new script out myself, but plan to as soon as possible.
