3) Collaboration Meeting: speaker selection.
   The Scientific Program Committee would like to start assigning names to the following scheduled presentations.

Typically, we expect the conveners, or a delegate, to give the PWG reports. The HP/SQM status reports should preferably be given by the proponents of the respective HP/SQM presentations and discuss the status of the analysis and basic plots/physics message that will be the topic of their presentation. Each talk is scheduled for 15+5 so we ask the speakers to limit the number of slides accordingly.
