Just to see - this test will create a page and check if the grant module update fixed the issue I saw before (a page may become invisible).

This page was created with a default grant of authenticated user "View" without any special actions on my part.

Problems

1. Under the [jeromel] account, I could actually manipulate the grants of the page made by [testadmin]
2. After removing the grants, the page was no longer visible by [jeromel]. The page is still visible for [staradmin]
3. Clearing the cache does not help
4. However, editing it to add this observation and re-saving, the page was visible again.

Test 2 - after a fix for path-auto, tried again and still the same issue.
