3) Collaboration Meeting: speaker selection.
  By now the HP and SQM contribution/talk confirmations have all been received. The conveners are requested to work with the speakers and propose speakers for the 2(3) time slots that have been assigned by the SPC. Details on the exact time slots can be found at the following drupal link

Some guidance from the SPC:
" [...] for the whole collab. to see what is being planned for presentation at these conferences. [...]  In the end a talk has order 3-4 slides of actual new data so  [...] each speaker could show the current status of their data plots, mention what they hope to conclude from the talks and if the plot aren't ready discuss briefly how they plan to move from where they are to a talk in ~2 weeks."

If the conveners prefer to combine some of the presentations, or otherwise like to organize the 3 time 20' slots (one report + two conference status reports) differently within the allotted time then this can certainly be done. This specifically applies to the BulkCorr, HF, JetCorr, and LFSpectra PWGs. For the UPC and Spin PWGs a single 20' time slot has been reserved for a PWG report.

- LFS: 2 SQM  and 1 HP
- HF: 2 SQM and 2 HP
- JetCorr: 2 HP
- BulkCorr: 3 SQM
