This is a follow-up meeting from those in June.

Given the need for review of the progress since June, the new
inputs from DOE site visit, and development in the collaboration,
we would like to continue this series of meetings in August.

The goals are to review the progresses since June, and
continue the discussions of a clear path on upgrades and physics goals
for STAR in the next decade.

Meeting items:

a)      Spin Plan (new charge from DOE) run17 and beyond

b)      BES II progress (iTPC, EPD and ETOF)

c)      fSTAR for 2020
forward upgrade and faster HFT/TPC

d)      compelling cases with accumulative luminosity
(gamma-jet, Upsilon, inclusive jets)

e)      Strategy
