Complete and submit the registration form (click on the link above) before the deadline date. Once you've submitted the form, your name will be added to the list of participants for this meeting. Your site access will be emailed to you on January 17th.

2) Russian Citizens and Visitors born in Russia , please Complete this FORM

Deadline for this Request: November 20

ALL RUSSIAN CITIZENS and visitors born in Russia (except for those who are currently US citizens) are required to fill out this form NO LATER THAN November 20. Additional forms may be required and will be emailed to you for completion. Invitation Letters will be emailed after LBNL Site Access has completed the vetting process and has approved your request. This may take up to 4 business weeks.

You will receive your invitation letter once your request has been approved.

5) Things To Know

Transportation

  • Shuttle / Site Access Pass will be emailed to you. Please indicate your choice in the registration page.
  • The downtown shuttle bus stop is at the corner of Center St. & Shattuck Ave., in front of the Bank of America branch. Please take the Blue Uphill shuttle and get off at either the stop B65 (to Building 59) or the stop B50/51/70 (to Building 50, 70).
  • Please be prepared to show a valid picture ID: When you see the shuttle bus approaching WAVE AT THE DRIVER so the driver knows you want to board the bus (shuttles share bus stops with other transit agencies) 
• Driving to the Lab
  • You can retrieve a parking pass at the LBNL Blackberry Gate and Strawberry gate. Please bring a valid photo ID to show at the gate.
  • Parking is first come first serve and is very limited due to constructions around the lab.
