II. Brief Summary and/or Action Items:

0) Attendency: Flemming, Helen, Bedanga, Jamie, Nu

2) Flemming/Hellen:  (a) MTD report has been sumitted to the management. Trigger rate is in discussion. MTD may competing with future detectors.

 A proposal should be submitted to BNL management by the enf of January or earlier; (b) FHC: concerns about manpower issue. Spin PWG 

 strongly support the project. Go ahead to prepapre for run11; (c) pp2pp' : ned work to convince colaborators regarding the phsycis reach. Proponents should

 continue to discuss with CAD about the design work needed for the upgrade. The time scal will be streched to the time when the MTD effort is

 approaching to its end. (d) HLT: 2nd part of the proposal should be further developed. Tests shuld be made in run10 for future developements of

 the project. Physics reaches should be better spelled out in the proposal. Expect the review report by the end of the month or earlier.

Trigger upgrade: Need discussion with Hank

GMT plan:R&D fund and plan to instal between FY10/11
