Dear All!

Attached please find my ISMD talk which I'm supposed to give next Monday in Kielce. My appologiez for the late posting but I have stepped in to help Jim Thomas on his emergency call just last Friday. Basically I am building on Lokesh's QM 2012 talk excluding the fluctuations. Later will be dealt in by two subsequent STAR speakers on this conference.
