| Abstract | : | We present a study of two-photon interactions at STAR. The effective $\gamma\gamma$ luminosity is calculated and rates are presented for many final states. A two-photon Monte Carlo is described, and estimates of STAR acceptance calculated. The expected backgrounds due to peripheral nuclear collisions and beam-gas are given, along with three sample analyses. Finally, a scheme for STAR to trigger on these events is presented. |
