| Abstract | : | A Design Review of the STAR RICH was held on January 28th, 1999. The review covered design requirements, analyses, hardware design, installation tooling and plans and overall schedule. A secondary purpose of the review was to communicate the RHIC and STAR standards and requirements for drawings and documentation, procedures, safety analysis documents, and safety and operational readiness reviews.
