Acceptance ratio = (# of particles with tof hits) / (# of particles with -.9 < eta < .9 and a hit in padrow45 of tpc)

17275 muons made it to padrow45 with -.9 < initial eta < .9, and only 5895 of those left hits in the tof, giving an efficiency of .34
