Timing Scans for the Endcap: Take 1

Attached are revised timing scans for the endcap, where the method used is similar to that for the barrel described here. The runs taken are described here. The nominal time delay for the endcap is 21 ns.
The gains for each channel are shown in the attachments eemc_channels_crate*. The gains averaged over each crate as shown in eemc_slope. The avergage deviation from the nominal gain at each timing point, d|G|/G is shown in eemc_dev. Note that, like for the barrel, I have not attempted to assign any uncertainty to d|G|/G.
The attached text file gives the result of Gaussian fits to each channel.
