For RT Ticket 2103, we would like to understand the changes in TPC hit errors which were introduced in January 2010 for the Run 9 pp500 data. I previously placed plots of these errors on Drupal pages (Run 7, Run 9). Using that data, I took the ratio of the newer hit errors to the old, and here is what I get (code to produce is attached):

Hit errors generally increased, with the exception of outer sector hit errors in R-φ.
