I have been trying to optimize the range to fit the gains for the ZDC SMD slats.  I have done two ranges of gain fits and then have set the all parameters for the fit to 1 as well.  The phi asymmetry has been calculated for each set of gain fits.  The two ranges are from ADC values 50-200 and 200-700.

Attached is a sample of the gains with the fit for East Vertical slat 1 and 2 for each of the ranges, as well as the corresponding asymmetry charts for each.

The phi asymmetry fit will get better one ZDC (east or west) but get worse for the other with the changes to the gain fits.
