Notes:  There were three tiles whose dark currents were unacceptably high (during a cosmics run on 14 dec 2021), so I lowered the bias by hand.  These seem to be low-gain/high-dark-current channels.  Not surprisingly, on the inner tiles.

Finally, two tiles, West PP02TT01 and West PP02TT04 (pages 734 and 745 on the big pdf) did not show any real signal, so I set their voltages to zero.

Other hand-adjustments will be recorded in this table, as needed throughout the run.
