The procedure for this exercise has been described before. In 2018, Mike wrote up the approach and code and later Joey wrote up a nice set instructions.
The macro to perform the scan used here can be found at the bottom of this page, or here.
We have eight "labels" in the trigger configuration, allowing us to set separately the gates of the ADCs. My recommended values for the gate START are in red.
The other label values are directly derived from these START values:
The proper timing labels for the EPD are as follows (I have not completed filling in the following table yet.)
I'll probably put some figures or t
For prepost=0, you can find the full gate scan here. And here is the one for prepost=1. To be honest, I would like to talk to the trigger folks about this, as it seems you can set the gate delays to different values and pick up the signal in a different prepost. How close together are these preposts, anyway?

- East QTBs for EQ 1,2,3 - 60
- East QTCs for EQ 1,2,3 - 55
- West QTBs for EQ 1,2,3 - 75
- West QTCs for EQ 1,2,3 - 75
- East QTBs for EQ 4 - 72
- East QTCs for EQ 4 - 75
- West QTBs for EQ 4 - 75
- West QTCs for EQ 4 - 85
The other label values are directly derived from these START values:
- QTB_STOP = QTB_START - 11
- QTC_STOP = QTC_START - 18
- TAC_STOP = 2*START - 20
