Seven-pattern mapping verification - problems with PP09SS01

This page shows the status of the mapping from "TUFF space" to "StEvent space". For an overview, see drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/lisa/checking-mapping-all-way-tuff-box-stevent-and-mudst
For a description of the Seven Patterns that completely check mapping see drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/lisa/seven-pattern-files-can-resolve-all-ambiguity
On 24-25 Feb 2018, the Seven Pattern Vped map test was done. All checked out, except for PP09TT01 on both East and West sides.
There was one other "false alarm" in Pattern 6, which I show below for completeness.
Pattern 1 - note that PP09TT01 on both East and West sides is off
Pattern 2 - note that PP09TT01 on both East and West sides is off
Pattern 6 - note error on PP08TT02 on West side. This is "noise." Basically, I set ADC thresholds for the offline analysis. The lower condition for green was >10. PP08TT02 had ADC=11. Also, it is on a QT32C, which have higher effective gain than the QT32B; the C's are always pushing closer to the thresholds. Looking at the other patterns, it is clear that this is not a mapping error, but only a threshold effect.
Patterns 3-5 and 7 were correct.
