fps/fpost bad ch QA
For one channel, we calculate the average ADC (normalized) and sigma over all the runs, then compare the channel's ADC of specific run to the average spectrum. We check all channels with all runs with the average one. If a channel of a run having ADC > mean + 6*sigma, we mark the ADC spectrum as suspicious bad, then we check all the suspicious bad channels and pickup those apparently bad.
There are two runs are bad, run18086014, run18086015, we exclude these 2 runs from our calculations. There are also 2 run with low statistics (run18134043, run18098054), but we still keep them.
- FPOST_suspect6sigma.pdf is all the suspicious bad ADC spectrum of all channels and runs.
- bad_6sigma_FPOST.pdf and suspectAfterBad_6sigma_FPOST.pdf are the bad ADC spectrum pickup and after the bad pickup correspondingly.
- badIndCheck_FPOST.pdf and suspectAfterBadIndCheck_FPOST.pdf are individual check of the bad one and after bad pickup.
