BBC timing calibration (with slewing correction), run 15

Track vertex vs. BBC time difference (BBC triggers only):
- (gray) elliptical Gaussian fit
- (open circles) Gaussian fits to slices in BBC time difference
- (solid circles) Gaussian fits to slices in track vertex
- nominal slope should be -0.3 (cm/TAC)
Note:
BBC time difference is (EAST-WEST+4000)
Early hit has large value -> large difference means closer to east (negative z-vertex)
BBC timing calibration with slewing per PMT:
- (red) track vertex in ADC slice
- (solid black) mean BBC time difference
- (open black) corrected for track vertex
- (green) with mean ADC instead of bin center (small shift to lower ADC value)
- fit function (black and green) f_SLEW = A+B/(C+adc)
