Anticipated sampled luminosities at 200 GeV:
- p+p 100 pb-1
- p+Au 300 nb-1

Direct photon yield in p+Au is assumed as scaled from p+p (with Z=197).
Background/signal ratios are assumed to be comparable to p+p since this measurement is in the proton-going direction.
Trigger efficiencies and prescales are the same as in p+p, but the systematic uncertainties are obvioulsy more of a problem at low to medium pT. A thorough analysis of the event topology may be helpful to control the systematics better.
