I built a StEStructQAHists object to do a couple of things:

• move some QA histogramming from macros into code
• standardize a suite of histograms always available to final analyses

In general, the writing of the QA hists is now via the Maker which calls writing in this QA object AND calls writing from the analysis object should there be QA histograms the are dependennt on that.
