Unblind-analysis procedure:
1) We identify a non-PA, could be anyone, the best option is an analyzer from a different group
2) Make a team that involves the PA (who wrote the code) and the non-PA
3) PAs should drive the analysis
4) The non-PA checks out all the frozen codes & sets up environment for running the code
5) The non-PA also submits the job
6) PAs constantly monitor the status of the runs, failed jobs, errors and regularly provides all the
necessary instruction to go to next steps
7) This process is repeated until final plots are produced
7) The non-PA needs to wait for the feedback from PAs before going to each next step
8) The main role of non-PA is to make sure guidelines from analysis notes are closely followed
9) PA should make sure no mistakes are done by non-PA and things keep moving
10) PAs may be allowed to do limited scripting, such as cosmetics related to plots, debugging libraries for job submission, handling compilation problems, if needed.
Procedure to document
1) The non-PA should prepare the slides and put the results/plots for updates in CME focus meeting
2) The slides should include mention of the procedure (like a log file) of what was done
3) The slides should include all the glitches and modifications that was performed
4) The slides should also mention of any new steps included for cosmetic changes & post-processing
