Cut by cut efficiency is as follow:

After acceptance (single track pT > 0.3 && |eta| <1) and TPC (+HFT match) track efficiency and initial topological cuts, there will be B+ number:
8200 * 0.009 = 74

Adding D0 pT > 1 cut, total efficiency will be 0.0086 (change a little), the rest of B+ number will be 71.
