1) BNL response to STAR proposed opportunity in 2020+ (Zhangbu)
    Do we need an immediate response to BNL? 
    Or after collaboration meeting? 

2) proposed discussions at collaboration meeting (ALL)
    items to address before inviting Berndt to council 
    items and strategies for townhall discussions 
    i) postpone the decision on what to do at the end of decade?
    ii) work on a compelling case for limited support from Spin Plan?  
   iii) work on a compelling case on HI along the set priority? 
   iv) seek full project fund from outside sources (similar to ETOF)? 
    v) decide to prepare for STAR shut down after BES-II? 

3) shift sign-up (Renee?)

4) iTPC review in January and preparations (Flemming)
