   • Rejected/alternative paper plans:
     • #196 - phi->ee  paper status; new draft?
     • #200 - peer-review status?

   • Post-submission: request to update EB on peer-review status with journal (e.g. "waiting for referee #1 since <date>", etc.)
   • PRL requirements reminder: 100-word "paper justification for the PRL editors". Typically addresses ...
     • substantially advance a particular field;
     • open a significant new area of research;
     • solve a critical outstanding problem and therefore pave the for notable progress in an existing field;
     • be of singular appeal to all physicists.
