SMD Problems at the sector boundary

Abstract: Looks like there's yet another bug in the old EEMC geometry (which persists in my development version 5.21).  Throwing geantinos an phi = 105 degrees, we should be probing the boundary between two sectors (sectors 11 and 12 if I've got it right).  We expect to see two SMD planes.  We don't see two.  Worse, we don't see three (the only other valid possibility).  We see one plane.

In the context of the Sector 5 anomaly, here are the gains for Sector 5 plotted by padrow vs. pad, and mean values per padrow (using only those pads with gains within +/-0.8 of 1.0).

A centroid method for ZDC SMD hits
