| Abstract | : | This document presents the simulation study of the STAR time projection chamber (TPC) ion feedback from the anode wires back into the main volume of the TPC, referred in this document as a grid leak. The study is performed using GARFIELD simulation software to understand and quantify the grid leak and design the ways of minimizing it. |
