        3. Folded in the Fit-MC sys. error wrong. I used a relative error as an abs. error
        4. Fit to second EEMC background is under estimating. Large error bars may be resulting in smaller slope value. Have a call with Carl to discuss.
        5. Chi2 probability for data - MC comparisons seem wrong.
