1) February collaboration meeting (Meeting page)
  • Hybrid. Registration is now open.
  • LBNL, Feb. 27 - Mar 3
  • Tuesday: joint parallel session on BES-II analyses
  • Wednesday: there is a special event between 4:30-5:45 pm LBNL time. Please do not schedule anything during that time.
  • Parallel sessions
    • 10:30-11:00 coffee break
    • 12:30 - 2:00 lunch break (leave ample time; option on-site is limited)
    • 3:30 - 4:00 coffee break
  • Management-convener meeting: Wednesday 6-8 am LBNL time
    • Inputs for discussions?
2) Data production
  • Run20 9.2 GeV COL has started: QA feedback is needed
    • List of available files: /star/data14/GRID/NFS_FileList/production_9p2GeV_2020bc_physics_P23ia_SL23a.picoDst.txt
  • Run20 11.5 GeV: awaiting eTOF calibration which is expected to be completed within a week. 
  • Run21 O+O: space charge calibration is ready for one magnetic field setup. Will produce a large calibration sample soon. 
3) Collect embedding needs for QM abstract submission
Conclusions: it is VERY IMPORTANT to have the embedding requests needed for QM abstracts on the list. Otherwise, they will be pushed down in priority.
