In trying to help Grant and Na complete the TPC alignment work for Run 9, I've observed some troublesome artifacts in the along-the-padrow residuals.

Run 9 TPC field cage currents
Run 9 saw a continuation of the partial resistor short on OFC west which was seen in previous years, plus a new "full" resistor short on OFC west.
Sector 5 gains over the years
In the context of the Sector 5 anomaly, here are the gains for Sector 5 plotted by padrow vs. pad, and mean values per padrow (using only those pads with gains within +/-0.8 of 1.0).
