              2) HFT status, Flemming: HFT arrives on Friday, the whole LBL team will arrive on Sunday. HFT willbe ready by May 8th,
                  according to the installation plan.

              3) Run13: target for polarimetry needs to be replaced. Wait for the next access.
                  - Bill: C-AD is perform much better now. MTD trigger is not ready. Triiger group's problem?!

              4) - eSTAR physics program assessment: BNL has been asked by DoE for the document of the assessments of eSTAR physics
                     program. It is needed by Oct. 2013.
                  - Jamie: In eRHIC document, physics measurements have been documented. Now we need to know how much of it can be
                    done by eSTAR/ePHENIX. 
                  - Zhangbu: time scales for STAR forward upgrade // sPHENIX // eSTAR/ePHENIX // full eRHIC ?
                  - Carl: three stages (i) 5GeV, low lum. / (ii) 5GeV high lum. / (iii) increased e energy to full eRHIC

              3) HFT review (May 17, BNL): DOE demands now early completion. Successful review although the schedule is constrained.
                   IST: cooling system test / SSD: time is short, problematic, new engineer from lbl on board / Integration: research load 
                   resources, necessary(?) / costs: is fine. Contigency remains.
              4) TT issue: BNL lawyer contacted. Wait for action from the council and the management. Monitor the progress closely from BNL.
                  Wait for the Council to decision in few days.
