BSMD ADC distributions from data

These plots were made from data taken from the  following runs:
 8335112
 8336019
 8336028
 8336044
 8336052
 8336062

Spill-over Events

It doesn't look like I can remove the spillover events from the training samples without drastically changing their content.  Now I just have to figure out what to do with them to keep the distribution sensible.

Just realized that STAR provides timestamps using GMT, not EDT... so....

Looking at the Gaussian Widths:

We now have the fitting algorithms working for both the LDA and the 2-D approach.  The results are plotted below, marking actual values in black, the 2D values in red, and the LDA values in blue.

Trigger Emulator Test

In StTriggerSimuMaker, I get the "nominal" trigger from the MuDst, then execute the following
code --

Trigger Simu Test

I am trying to figure out why the trigger simulator only returns as 'good' a fraction of the events returned as 'good' by the online L2-gamma trigger.  Let me state that a different way...

Updated Charged Pion A_{LL} predictions

Received some new NLO pQCD predictions from Werner incorporating DSS fragmentation functions.  Here's a comparison of these predictions to the old mocked up ones used in the SPIN 2006 preliminary result:

No really dramatic changes here.  The increased asymmetries might mean that g-g scattering is even more important than predicted originally.  Of course, this goes in the wrong direction if we're looking for better agreement with our Pythia.

Single-particle results

These plots were generated from 30 files of 2000 events each, for a total of 60000 kaons.  There are 128788 Pixel hits, 181764 Ist hits, and 43606 Ssd hits:

Can we get asymmetry in Re{A11} from GenBod?
