I reconfigured the newly installed EIT-D converter according to the information provided by Yu and Wayne.
Now the IOC for TC-48 is working.

I tried to ramp up the FST HV channels.
Every channel ramps normally on my sides, however, alarm handler keeps giving alarm for Disk2 Module 5 HV.
The issue of the alarm was fixed by re-compiling the IOC for FSTMPOD02 and then restart the IOCs for all of the FSTMPOD01/02/03 several times.

Wayne helped us registered the device to STAR network.
He provided some needed infos for the configurations:

router/gateway: 130.199.60.24
DNS servers: 130.199.60.150, 130.199.60.57, 130.199.60.86

Christian replaced the failed EIT-D converter with the spare we found.
Following are some info for the new device:

MAC Address = 00:03:34:01:26:D0
Default IP = 192.168.1.200

I reconfigured the device by connecting it to my router, access the web interface from my laptop as described in the official manual of this device attached.
Detail configuration is described in the FST cooling manual updated by Yu (the manual).
The MAC address of this device is not register to the STAR network yet, so we still can not reach the device through the network.
We need to wait Wayne come back from his vacation.

Ziyue and I found 2 spare units of the EIT-D converter in the FST cabinet.
We informed Christian about this.

- April 24, 2023
Wayne came to STAR and help us identify the issue.
He suspect that the OMEGA EIT-D serial to Ethernet converter is broken.

However, according to the OMEGA website, this device is discontinued (https://in.omega.com/pptst/EIT-W.html).
Christian and electronic group will find a alternative converter.

When we tried to start the IOCs for FST MPODS and cooling system, we found the IOC for TC-48 in cooling could not start.
Followings are the error message we got from the python codes:
