New HV configuration file: fgt_hv_settings.csv 

verify mapping of HV module channels

 Method: keep all quads at 3600V, lower voltage to 2000 on few quads at a time.

 Conclusion: mapping is correct,

FGt HV correction -take 1

Proposed HV correction for FGT aiming to equalize response, reduce overall gain to move away from the saturation peak.
