0) The detector is in STAR w/out any damage. The online people started their test program.

1) Hao, Mustafa and Jonathan started on a PxlSlowSim excercise to test the Cluster/Hit code.

This is the real Slowsim, the Digmaps-based wrapper.

2) We have clarified a few things on definitions on coord. system conventions plus identified things

that need to change in code in order to accommodate geometry info like the tracker geometry

and the pxl hit maker (see below).

3) Alignment tests move on with Long, Mike et al.

4) Hao, Shusu and Jonathan will build an 'offline QA' macro to monitor several quantities as we

discussed before. Hao/Jon. will be at BNL next week.

5) In today's drupal site I posted the files discussed or resulted from the Pxl Monday meeting

as an FYI info with an email summarizing some of the items discussed.

The agenda theme is of course: Pxl prototype in the beam/Offline chain.

0) Flemming perhaps can make a few verbal comments on Run plans.

1) Fl./Hao/Jon. worked hard to synchronize Geant geom/"reality". There are some things to still take care here. Related changes/work was done to PxlDbMaker and downstream software to cleanup, synchronize.

2) Xin/Jon/Hao developed a "masking" scheme of bad elements. I think we agreed  to apply this at a level so that applies to both fast/slow simulation cases.

3) Shusu updated and enhanced his QA output. The link to plots is here:

http://www.star.bnl.gov/protected/bulkcorr/sss/HFT_offline_QA/

4) Xin worked successfully in building an offline chain to have a first look at data. He send around a couple of presentations. It may be beneficial to put a few slides together (or post both presentations) for today's meeting.

Hao is organizing the codes in CVS to establish an "official" offline chain that we can use for "productions". This will have our first priority today. Also start thinking on what chain options we need to use to get certain information in the output stream.

but we will try to fill in for them.

0) News from the Run-13 (Fl. etc)

1) Offline chain building (Hao)

2) Automated QA scripts (Fl's request in hftops)

http://www.star.bnl.gov/HyperNews-star/protected/get/hftops/19.html

3) Organizing the run details (Hao's email to hftops). Google docs or ?

http://www.star.bnl.gov/HyperNews-star/protected/get/hftops/21.html

https://docs.google.com/a/lbl.gov/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvXCnoDJIVy1dDJFSVFFZDI2QkI5NkhBUUhXWkpHRWc#gid=0

4) Jonathan circulated some slides on the Pxl masking method. Not yet in CVS

http://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/pxlMaskTables_update.pptx

Mike/Amilkar started on a run scanner program to find/mark the hot rows, col, pixels.

They might have something for today's meeting posted later.

5) I know that Jonathan has been looking at StiPulls and DCA resolutions with tracks

having pxl hits. He is also running simulations to get the reference histos/quantities.

Event vertex resolution of course dominates/shadows track dca but we should be able

to infer something. He is traveling today but will post something soon.

6) I started linking in the subsystem pages Xin's/Fl' plots in the PR section, Shusu QA pages

etc. The coming week I will spend some time to organize our meeting's presentations thematically

in reverse chronological order.
