Run-by-run QA for Run20

In addition to the PWG QA by Ben and Takafumi, here is some QA of specific observables for the eTOF:

• global hit position (run-by-run)
• 1/beta vs. momentum (run-by-run)
• time resolution (run-by-run)
• matching ratio (day-by-day to avoid large fluctuation due to relatively low statistics in the FastOffline samples)

The calibration was done using runs 20345015 to 20346003 and is stable since then with the occasional global time shift when eTOF misses the reset signal from bTOF or in some cases after an eTOF DAQ restart.
These have not been taken into account for some runs in this QA, but they can be corrected for the final production, e.g. via a hybrid start time approach between eTOF and bTOF

There are some issues with clock jumps on the Get4 level that need further investigation and special treatment.
