Single Photon Splitting Filter

The electron identificatione fficiency is calculated to determine how effective the electron identification process done in this analysis is, and hence how much electrons there actually are, given

Photonic electron reconstruction efficiency is the background rejection efficiency.

To calculate electron identification and photonic electron reconstruction efficiencies, simulation dataset for both 2005 and 2006 are used.

To address some concerns and improve the quality of our analysis, we have converted ADC tower response to energy using 2006 gains.  We then repeated our analysis in the new scale.  T

We discussed that the status of the Run 8 FMS analysis for Eta asymmetry should be reconsidered and a comparison should be made to the FPD Run 6 analysis (if possible) before we proceed to writing

The large single spin asymmetries associated with the ETA meson implies that relatively few events contribute to large values of AN.
