(1) Summary of commissioning activities / status : Bernd

Done:
  • Documentation for shift crew (Mapping / Gas / HV)
  • APV parameter scans
  • HV scan data
  • Pedestal stability vs. HV status
To-Do:
  • Prepare new HV file to equalize response
  • Take test run (Fri./Sat.) and interate at least once
  • Switch to 6 time-bins next week on 03/15/13
  • Request 15 time-bin operation for W trigger at the start of PHYSICS, i.e. between 03/08/13 and 03/15/13
  • Participate in physics running with W trigger on 03/08/13 and with full trigger set on 03/15/13

(3) APV parameter scan status:

(4) Switch to 6 time bins: Akio
(5) Pedestal stability vs. HV : Devika

(6) Plans for next overnight collision shift: ALL

Stv TODO List

1. Stv is noy yet equipped to check is part of detector active or not.

FGT HV scan with day 065 and day 067

Use the data of day 65 and day 67 to get the cluster charge versus HV

Embedding Invariant mass check and Bug check

FGT HV gain with day 065 data

With the following runs, we look the HV versus cluster charge with tracking from Akio's offline plots in the following link,

FGT Pedestal Performance

Some rough results from FGT APV tuning

We have collected data for several values of VFS

(1) Summary of commissioning activities

(2) Review of APV chip / APV assembly performance incl. discussion of potential fix / repair

(I will discuss some of these items before with Gerard in the morning!)

- Latency? Are we agreeing on 84 for 15 time bins?
- Phase parameter scan status?
- VFP (Rise time) / VFS (Decay time) / ISHA (Gain)

(4) HV scan status and HV equalization of quarter section response

(5) Switch to 7 time bins

- Need for latency 'scan' or rather confirmation

(6) Plans for overnight collision shift Thu./Fri.
