History of bad/DEAD FEEs and channels. Will be updated as run goes along (last July 15, 2019). Updated plot with corrected sinngle FEEs Jan 2022

iTPC sector 3 issue

The issue has been resolved. There was a cabling issue that resulted in outer sector voltage 1390V was applied to inner sector 1.
