The HFT project send monthly reports to the BHSO (Brookhaven Site Office) which in turn cc them to the DOE program managers, Jim Sowinski.  Reports are gathered from the sub-system managers and finalized by the Contract Project Manager. They will usually be finalized within 6 business days each month. Each report covers from the first of the month to the end.The document is use as the basis for the monthly teleconference held, usually on the second Thursday every month.

The report contains brief status overview, followed by technical status reports on pixel, ist, ssd, integration and software, and
with milestone and cost updates.
The September 2014 was the final monthly report.
